Recently, the Hotel Cristallo has been completely renovated, creating a modern and comfortable structure which is at the mine time functional and aesthetic with high class furnishings both in the rooms and in the common areas.
A new floor built entirely in green architecture expands the offer of the hotel with spacious rooms and large suites, some disposed in two levels, furnished with the usual taste and elegance. Catering
The Cristallo Restaurant, listed by prestigious gastronomic guides, is widely renowned for its fish dishes and its typical dishes. The cellar offers a wide selection of the best local wines, Italian and French. The menu changes according to the seasons and the availability of the products, so that we assured constantly to use only fresh products of excellent quality. The meat, milk and other products are produced locally and, where possible, biological; the fish is mainly bought fresh every day at the local fishing boats. The quality and freshness of the ingredients are for us elements which we pay close attention, to bring always dishes of excellent level.
