Cancellations<\/h3>\n\t\n\t\n\t<\/div>

In case of cancellation, a penalty must be paid on the total amount of the stay, to the extent indicated below:<\/p>\n

- Up to 15 days before arrival: No penalty<\/p>\n

- Up to 7 days before arrival: 25% of the total<\/p>\n

- Up to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total<\/p>\n

After the last deadline or if no-show, the customer is required to pay 100% of the total booking.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>

Booking confirmation<\/h3>\n\t\n\t\n\t<\/div>

\n\t\t

A deposit equal to 30% of your stay and a credit card guarantee is mandatory.<\/p>\n

For short stays or in Bed & Breakfast, a guarantee credit card is required from which an amount agreed with the management or the entire amount in the case of \u201cNot-Refundable Rates\u201d will be withdrawn upon confirmation.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>
