Policy and cancellations


Deductions are not given for uneaten meals, early departures or late arrivals.


In case of cancellation, a penalty must be paid on the total amount of the stay, to the extent indicated below:

- Up to 15 days before arrival: No penalty

- Up to 7 days before arrival: 25% of the total

- Up to 3 days before arrival: 50% of the total

After the last deadline or if no-show, the customer is required to pay 100% of the total booking.

Booking confirmation

A deposit equal to 30% of your stay and a credit card guarantee is mandatory.

For short stays or in Bed & Breakfast, a guarantee credit card is required from which an amount agreed with the management or the entire amount in the case of “Not-Refundable Rates” will be withdrawn upon confirmation.
