Policy and cancellations
Deductions are not given for uneaten meals, early departures or late arrivals.
In case of cancellation, a penalty must be paid on the total amount of the stay, to the extent indicated below:
- Up to 7 days before arrival: No penalty
- Up to 5 days before arrival: 10% of the total
- Up to 3 days before arrival: 15% of the total
- Up to 1 day before arrival: 35% of the total
After the last deadline or if no-show, the customer is required to pay 100% of the total booking.
A deposit equal to 10% of your stay or an authorisation to withdraw it from a credit card is required.
