Are you open these days?

Of course, we are open 24/7 every day of the week.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in from 14.00, check out by 10.30.
Late check out on request.

Are you also open in winter?

The hotel is open in every season.

Is the reception always open?

The reception is available for every need 24 hours a day.

Is the beach safe?

Giulianova is a seaside resort with a very large and uncrowded beach, with fine sand and shallow water, ideal for children to have fun. In fact, for years it has been awarded the "Green Flag" by Italian paediatricians as a child-friendly beach.

Is the Hotel far from the centre?

We are on the central waterfront about seven hundred metres from the city centre and the train station.

Is there parking?

The hotel has an unsupervised, free, private car park along the roads of its garden, but with limited spots. However in the adjacent areas or nearby streets there is ample free public parking.

Is there a swimming pool?

The roof garden of the hotel has a panoramic solarium with 3 hydro-massage pools. Look at them << here >>.

Is there entertainment on the beach and in the hotel?

We have a summer Entertainment and Baby Club service on the beach and in the hotel from 9 am to 11.30 pm (with an afternoon break from 1 to 4 pm). The beach has shaded areas equipped for children and an air-conditioned room in the hotel. Shows for adults and children every evening.

Is the beach far away?

We are facing the sea but the Cristallo Mare private beach is 150 metres further north from the hotel.

Is the beach sandy?

Our beach is quite large and sandy, with a shallow sea. 

Do your bathrooms have showers or bathtubs?

Some bathrooms have a shower, others have a bathtub; we suggest specifying your preference at the time of booking. The suites have a Turkish bath and sauna.

Are there cots for small children?

Of course, the hotel has cots, cribs and side rails for children from 0-5 years old.

What is the Temporary Lunch?

It is a buffet service in our restaurant, with the possibility of ordering daily specials. It is open from Monday to Friday for lunch and is served in the hotel's Aleph Bar.

Is the restaurant with service, or buffet style?

Cristallo Restaurant is a la carte for both hotel guests and visitors. For Full Board customers, the a la carte menu consists of a selection of main courses guests choose from in the evening for the following day, while fruit, desserts and vegetables are served buffet style.

Do you have vegan, coeliac and allergy-specific menus?

Cristallo Restaurant always has menus for vegans, coeliacs and those suffering from allergies in general. We try to satisfy every need.

Children's menu?

The Restaurant has a children's menu, but we are always available for special requests.

Are there any bicycles available to customers?

The hotel has a limited number of bicycles for adults and children, available for free for our customers. On request, different types of bicycles can be hired for your entire stay.

Can I cancel a booking?

Bookings can be changed or cancelled, please see the cancellation conditions.

What can I visit/see in Giulianova?

Giulianova offers various opportunities for visits and excursions, we suggest visiting the tourist portal of the Municipality (http://www.giulianovaturismo.it/pagina1908_luoghi-da-visitare.html).

How can I get to the hotel?

Answer: By plane, at the international airport of Pescara (50 km) or at the international airport of Rome (about 2 hours by car). On request, Hotel Cristallo can provide a transfer service from Pescara Airport to the hotel and vice versa.
The hotel can be reached by car along various state roads or the Adriatic A14 motorway, exiting at the Giulianova-Teramo exit which is about a 10-minute drive from the hotel. Or from Rome or from the Tyrrhenian side of Italy, via the A24 Rome-L'Aquila-Teramo motorway and then the Teramo-sea highway.
By train, with Frecciabianca and intercity trains. The train station is about 700 metres from the hotel and has taxi and bus services just outside the station (we suggest contacting the hotel in the late evening however).
