*We remind our customers that even though the hotel prepares three special rooms to accommodate small pets (max. 10 kg), they are not allowed to stay in public areas (restaurant, breakfast room, bar and hotel garden) and the entrance to the beach is forbidden.

We do not recognize deductions for early departure, late arrivals or uneaten meals.
Cancellations: In case of cancellation a penalty must be paid as indicated below:
- Up to 7 days before arrival: No Penalty
- Up to 5 days before arrival: 10% of the reservation
- Up to 3 days before arrival: 15% of the reservation
- Up to 1 days before arrival: 35% of the reservation
After the last deadline or in case of No-Show, the guest is required to pay the total amount of booking.
Reservation: It will be requested a deposit equal to 10% of the stay or the authorization to charge the credit card.
