Il Mare di Giulianova

Sicuramente ciò che caratterizza la città di Giulianova è il mare, simbolo del turismo balneare e di vita all’aria aperta. Il Carnevale in Abruzzo

Il Carnevale è una festa dalle antiche origini in grado di mettere in scena suggestive tradizioni tipiche di ogni località. I festeggiamenti del Carnevale in Abruzzo sono caratterizzati da meravigliosi carri allegorici, originali maschere e deliziosi dolci tipici.

I carri allegorici vengono realizzati sfruttando strutture tratte da modelli di argilla impiegando successivamente cartapesta e resina, dando vita a caricature e personaggi originali.

Il Carnevale di Francavilla al Mare mette in mostra ogni anno la famosa maschera di Patanello, detto anche “Re del Carnevale”, personaggio nato a inizio ‘900, di cui si narrava una particolare voglia di fare baldoria.

Il Carnevale diventa così un periodo in cui tutto diventa lecito, dove ogni individuo perde la propria identità e il ruolo sociale. Spesso le manifestazioni sono accompagnate da concerti, rappresentazioni teatrali, cabaret e rigorose feste in maschera.

Particolarmente interessanti sono il Carnevale di Montorio al Vomano, quello di Ortona e quello di Sulmona.

Grandissime tradizioni in Abruzzo anche dal punto di vista culinario. Come in tutto il mondo, la festa è accompagnata da prelibati dolci: chiacchiere, cicerchiata, ravioli dolci e scrippelle abruzzesi.

Ora non rimane altro che indossare la propria maschera e scendere in piazza!

The Carnival in Abruzzo

Carnival is a festival of ancient origins able to stage fascinating traditions typical of each location. The Carnival celebrations in Abruzzo are characterized by beautiful carnival floats, original and colorful masks, and traditional sweeties.

The floats are made using structures taken from clay models using paper-mache and resin, creating original figures and caricatures.

The Carnival of Francavilla al Mare showcases every year the famous mask Patanello, also known as “King of Carnival”, a figure born at the beginning of 900, which is told a particular desire to binge.

The Carnival becomes a time when everything becomes licit, where everyone loses its identity and role in society. Often the events are accompanied by concerts, theater, cabaret and strict costume parties.

Particularly interesting are the Carnival of Montorio al Vomano, Ortona and the one in Sulmona.

Huge traditions in Abruzzo also from the culinary point of view. How in the world, the festival is accompanied by delicious desserts: chiacchiere, cicerchiata, sweet ravioli and scrippelle Abruzzesi.

Abruzzo d’Inverno: Tutte le Proposte sugli Sci!

La conformazione geografica dell’Abruzzo permette di vivere al massimo qualsiasi stagione dell’anno. Mare e montagna si uniscono all’orizzonte per fornire ai turisti una proposta lunga 365 giorni.

Durante la stagione invernale, l’Abruzzo diventa luogo ideale per vacanze bianche insieme agli Sci ed allo Snowboard da mettere in pista su neve naturale. Importanti impianti sono regolarmente serviti da preparatissime scuole di sci, dove è possibile imparare la disciplina sportiva da riconosciuti e professionali maestri.

Lo Sci Alpino viene praticato in moltissimi comprensori sciistici attrezzati con moderni impianti di risalita e caratterizzati da piste di ogni difficoltà.

Roccaraso e Rivisondoli offrono oltre 120 km di piste insieme a Campo Felice, Ovindoli e Campo Imperatore. Da Giulianova è possibile raggiungere importanti piste in meno di un’ora di viaggio.

Importantissime sono anche le piste di Prati di Tivo e Passo Lanciano-Maielletta, di Pescocostanzo, di San Giacomo-Monte Piselli, di Prato Selva, di Pescasseroli, Scanno, Marsia, Campo Rotondo, Campo di Giove, Passo San Leonardo, Pizzoferrato, Gamberane.

Anche lo Sci Nordico trova spazio in Abruzzo dove tutti gli appassionati di questa disciplina possono avere l’imbarazzo della scelta. Piste ampie e ben battute, danno la possibilità di praticare anche lo skating.

La molteplicità di itinerari innevati rende praticabile anche lo Sci Alpinismo con la possibilità di fare stupende escursioni con le racchette in compagnia di camosci, martore, scoiattoli e lupi selvatici.

Di recente l’Abruzzo innevato viene scelto per lo Sleddog dove spettacolari esemplari di Husky accompagnano gli appassionati tra le valli ed i boschi.

Non solo neve! Una volta tolti gli Sci, l’Abruzzo offre importanti iniziative e presidi gastronomici, borghi medievali, arte, folklore e tradizioni.

The stylist aperitif in Giulianova is located only at the Aleph American Bar on the Lungomare Zara, location located inside the elegant Hotel Cristallo.

Every Friday from 06.30 pm and throughout the evening we offer drink and quality buffet accompanied by live music. The formula is the appetizer dinner, because every customer has the opportunity to spend the whole evening in a comfortable environment and in pleasant company.

“This is not just an Aperitif – says Alessio Casaccia, owner of the restaurant – in fact, every evening follow its own thread and it is different. We thought to create a way to meet, close to the weekend just like in the big cities … “.

Every Friday are offered an unusual different dishes prepared with care from the kitchen of Restaurant Cristallo: champagne and oysters, fish grilled on salt stone, paella, sangria, chocolate, sweeties and fruits.

The occasion is also good for cultural events such as art exhibitions, photo exhibitions and book presentations.

As part of these events were involved:

  • Gaetano Cartone who proposed the photographic exhibition “Ironheart”.
  • Giorgia Evangelista who sported “The Reversal of Fairy Tale”

Aperitif in Giulianova: Der Freitag färbt sich an Kultur und raffinierten Geschmack

Der Aperitif in großartigen Stil finden Sie in Giulianova am Aleph American Bar auf der Strandpromenade Lungomare Zara, im eleganten Hotel Cristallo.

Jeden Freitag ab 18.30 Uhr und durch den ganzen Abend werden Drinks und einen ausgeprägten Buffet  mit Live-Musik angeboten. Ein Vorspeise Abendessen in dem jeder Kunde die Möglichkeit hat, den ganzen Abend in einem angenehmen Ambiente in feiner Gesellschaft zu verbringen.

Jeden Freitag werden ungewöhnliche und verschiedene Gerichte angeboten, die mit Sorgfalt von der Küche des Restaurant Cristallo vorbereitet werden: Champagner und Austern, Fisch, gegrillt auf Steinsalz, Paella, Sangria, Schokolade, Süßigkeiten und Früchte.

Der Anlass ist auch gut für die Vereinigung von kulturellen Veranstaltungen wie Ausstellungen, Foto-Ausstellungen und Buchpräsentationen.

Im Rahmen dieser Veranstaltungen beteiligt waren:

  • Gallerie La Riva Scithat zeigten die Gäste die größten Künstler des 20. Jahrhunderts Italienisch, mit einer Ausstellung von großem Prestige.

Einen Vorschlag, der die Unterstützung und Erfolg des Publikum jeden Alters erhaltet, die in einer ungewöhnlichen Weise ein normaler Freitag Abend verbringen möchte.

Aperitivo a Giulianova: il Venerdì si accende di Cultura e Gusti Raffinati.

L’aperitivo in grande stile a Giulianova si trova solo all’Aleph American Bar sul Lungomare Zara, location situata all’interno dell’elegante Hotel Cristallo.

Ogni Venerdì a partire dalle 18.30 e per tutta la serata vengono proposti drink e buffet di qualità accompagnati da musica dal vivo. La formula scelta è quella dell’aperitivo cenato, infatti ogni cliente avrà la possibilità di trascorrere tutta la serata in un ambiente comodo in piacevole compagnia.

“Non si tratta però di un semplice aperitivo – afferma Alessio Casaccia, titolare del locale – infatti, ogni serata segue un proprio filo conduttore. Abbiamo pensato di creare un’occasione di incontro a ridosso del fine settimana proprio come avviene nelle grandi città…”.

Vengono proposti ogni venerdì piatti diversi e insoliti preparati con cura dalla cucina del Ristorante Cristallo: ostriche e champagne, pesce, grigliate su pietra di sale, paella, sangria, cioccolato, dolci e frutta.

L’occasione è buona anche per l’inserimento di iniziative culturali come mostre di pittura, mostre fotografiche e presentazioni di libri.

  • Gaetano Cartone che ha proposto la mostra fotografica “Ironheart”.
  • Giorgia Evangelista che ha messo in mostra “Il Rovescio della Fiaba”
  • Galleria La Riva che ha portato in mostra i maggiori artisti del Novecento italiano, con un’esposizione di grande prestigio.

Una proposta che raccoglie consenso e successo grazie al pubblico di ogni età che decide di trascorrere in maniera inconsueta un normale venerdì sera.

Viaggio in Vespa Attraversando il Mondo

Moltissime sono le esperienze di giovani e meno giovani che decidono di mettersi in viaggio sulle due ruote. L’importante è lo stile di viaggio: targato Vespa!

Navigando nella rete è possibile trovare moltissimi consigli di chi ha intrapreso il “viaggio della vita” portando con sé lo stretto indispensabile e percorrendo migliaia di chilometri per raggiungere la meta.

Londra, Mosca e addirittura Tokio a bordo di un veicolo senza età che spesso viene recuperato dalla vecchia cantina o dal garage di nonni e fratelli ormai cresciuti. Pochi colpi di chiave inglese, spesso nemmeno una verniciata e partenza per un viaggio che si trasforma in un’esperienza di vita.

According to a recent study, Italians Hotel would be second in Europe about the focus on sustainability in tourism.

The survey conducted by TripAdvisor at the end of 2012 has involved a number of hotels around the world, especially in Italy 3000 hotels.

Almost all hoteliers surveyed said that it would be appropriate to adopt green measures within its structure and even 4 of 5 say they use tricks to make the activity more environmentally sustainable.

The sustainability of an hotel not only passes through guaranteed energy savings such as the use of energy saving light bulbs, but it comes also for example from the division of waste left by guests in the rooms.

Hotel e Turismo Sostenibile: Italia al Secondo Posto in Europa

Secondo un recente studio, Alberghi e Hotel italiani sarebbero secondi in Europa circa l’attenzione alla sostenibilità nelle strutture turistiche.

L’indagine eseguita da Tripadvisor alla fine del 2012 ha coinvolto numerosi alberghi in tutto il mondo ed in particolare 3000 in Italia.

Quasi tutti gli albergatori intervistati affermano che sarebbe opportuno adottare misure ecologiche all’interno della propria struttura e addirittura 4 su 5 sostengono di utilizzare accorgimenti per rendere l’attività più eco sostenibile.

La sostenibilità di un Hotel non passa solamente attraverso il risparmio energetico garantito ad esempio dall’utilizzo di lampadine a basso consumo, ma arriva addirittura alla suddivisione dei rifiuti lasciati dagli ospiti nelle camere.

Scegliere la Bioarchitettura in fase di costruzione o ristrutturazione permette inoltre un notevole risparmio energetico per via della resa termica fornita proprio dai materiali impiegati oltre a garantire un importante benessere a chi vive gli ambienti.
